Adorn is the label of Therese Andaya, who trained under two disciplines that rarely share a table: the strict geometry of European couture, and the slow, hand-worked textile traditions of the Philippines.
Every gown begins the way it has for generations in Taal and Lumban — hand-loomed piña-seda, hand-drawn calado, needles worked by lamplight. What changes is the architecture built around it: boned bodices, cantilevered trains, silhouettes drafted with the same rigor as a building.
